We will always conduct a site visit to introduce ourselves as well as building a positive and friendly relationship with every personnel we communicate with. This will allow us to fully understand and discuss exactly what alarm is required for the premises whether it is a wired installation, and wireless installation or even hybrid giving the best of both.
Maintenance Packages
All of our burglar alarms come with maintenance packages so you can be reassured we are just the other end of a telephone with our superb technical support.
SSAIB certification
It doesn’t stop there. Once we have fully installed the perfect system for our customer we will give a full handover including demonstration and issuing a SSAIB certificate.
Monitoring plans
We understand that sometimes premises need a quicker response such as specific keyholders or even police response which is why we are working closely with East Midlands Central Station and CSL to provide 24/7 monitoring. Our single path or dual path communicators can be designed and programmed to the customers’ requirements so they know their premises are in safe hands.
